Centaur Theatre has announced its 2011 benefit for the Actors’ Fund of Canada will be an additional performance of God of Carnage on Sunday, December 11th at 2pm. This wickedly funny comedy follows two affluent couples who grow increasingly hostile while discussing a playground fight between their two sons. Directed by Roy Surette, Centaur’s Artistic and Executive Director, the play exposes the dark tendencies and fractured relationships that lie just under genteel veneers.
Tickets for the performance range from $25-$34 and are available online at www.centaurtheatre.com or by calling the box office at (514) 288-3161. Equity, ACTRA, UDA, QDF or QWF members can buy tickets for the discounted $25 price in person or by phone with a valid membership number. Centaur Theatre is located at 453 rue St-Francois Xavier, Montreal
